Michael Schenker laid the foundation for one of the most glorious solo careers of all time. On the occasion of his 40th anniversary as a solo artist and his 50th birthday as a musician, he resurrects the immortal Michael Schenker Group. 'Immortal' is therefore also the name of his new album, recorded with probably the strongest lineup in his long history. The singers Ronnie Romero (Rainbow), Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear), Joe Lynn Turner (ex-Deep Purple) and Schenker's sworn brother Michael Voss (Mad Max) are all featured. But that's not all, bassist Barry Sparks (Dokken), keyboardist Steve Mann and the three drummers Bodo Schopf, Simon Phillips (ex-Toto) and Brian Tichy (ex-Whitesnake) are also on board.
