I CD contengono il mix stereo dell’album del 1966, recentemente rimasterizzato, il mix pre-master di "Freak Out!" inedito, il mix master mono a lungo introvabile, una registrazione dal vivo dei The Mothers al Fillmore di San Francisco (1966), demo e una grande quantità di materiale bonus.
Il Blu-ray Audio offre audio ad alta risoluzione a 196k / 24b e 96k / 24b dei tre diversi mix d’archivio di "Freak Out!" tratte dal cofanetto Super Deluxe, contenuti audio bonus con visualizzazioni personalizzate e rare fotografie inedite, mix audio immersivi in ATMOS + 5.1 realizzati da Studio1LA, oltre a un libretto ampliato con foto rare, nuovi saggi, una nuova sezione speciale con ancora più "Relevant Quotes" e una mappa originale, bifacciale e pieghevole, intitolata "Freak Out! Hot Spots" realizzata da Frank Zappa.
