The new longplayer of the Finns listens to the name "Blooddrunk" and contains nine songs. Front man Alexi Laiho describes the album as "considerably faster, but with more barbed melodies. The songs are catchier. In any case, Alexi is more satisfied with the new disc, as with the predecessor "Are you dead yet?". "This time we spend more time on the compositions and it shows. It doesn’t make sense to hop into the studio directly from the tour bus, as we did with with "Are you dead yet?". Furthermore the layout and the front cover are way better!" The songs carry cool names like "Lobodomy", "Smile pretty for the devil", "Roadkill morning" and "Banned from heaven". The big European tour is expected in autumn. "But I hope to see all EMP readers on the summer festivals before that. We are there at any rate"!
