Am 24. Januar 1981 spielte die Michael Schenker Group einen kraftvollen Gig in Hamburg und machten diesen Auftritt für alle Anwesenden zu einem beeindruckenden Erlebnis. Hier präsentierte die Michael Schenker Group ihr gleichnamiges Debüt nahezu komplett und zudem noch in derselben Reihenfolge wie auf dem Album. Mit dabei waren somit auch die beiden Live-Klassiker "Doctor Doctor" und "Rock Bottom".
