Walt Disney Records veröffentlicht nun remasterte Versionen der Original-Filmsoundtracks der ersten sechs Star Wars Filme: A new hope (1977), Tthe empire strikes back(1980), Return of the Jedi (1983), The phantom menace (1999), Attack of the clones (2002) und Revenge of the Sith (2005).
Jedes Album, mit dem vom Academy Award® Gewinner John Williams komponierten und dirigierten Score, wurde aufwendig remastered und beinhaltet neues Artwork sowie ein Miniposter zum Sammeln. Die wiederveröffentlichten Soundtracks überzeugen mit neuester Hi-Resolution-Qualität (24 / 192), die unter der Anleitung von Shawn Murphy und Skywalker Sound entstand.
Fans der Star Wars-Musik können mit diesen neuen Versionen in diesem Jahr einen ganz besonderen Star Wars-Tag feiern.
